Gi Joe cobra enemy Snow serpant

Hi Everyone, I am not a Gi Joe collector but I recently came into possesion of this at an auction. I have looked about online and have only found a couple of these, but am not sure if this was a good buy or not.

Its a Snow Serpant Cobra snow trooper and is from 1990.
