Hello! I am looking for any additional information someone might have on this cap gun. I am volunteering for a museum that received this as a donation and I am doing some research on it. This is what I have found out so far:
It is a 1950's era Texan Jr gun and holster made by Hubley's. It has the steer on the handle and is cast iron. The inside has the words OIL INSIDE with an arrow engraved on it. I believe it is a transitional gun from what I could find on the internet.
Any help or guidance is appreciated! Thanks!
I love cap guns this one looks like a transition period Jr with a shorter barrel there is a great website with all the info you need at nicholscapguns.com
