This is a Christmas plastic napkin holder and salt & pepper shakers set.
There is a 1" wide section behind the door and trees to hold napkins against a back plate and the salt & pepper snowmen are removable from tray.
Made in China / Imported by J.S. New York / Circa mid-1980's
