    I would like any info regarding this piece,It has a makers mark which reads S&SL a registration mark and EPNS,BUT ALL THE SILVER HAS BEEN POLISHED OFF.she looks like a SOUTHERN BELLE, but there is a possibility that she can be british,i tried googling with no results,so i leave it to the open floor to help me identify the age,origin etc.
    all info will be greatly appreciated.
