Berkline lounge chair and ottoman

I have this Berkline lounge chair and ottoman that I picked up at a local thrift mall. I can't find much information on the Berkline company let alone pictures of anything from them resembling this chair/ottoman combination. I'm hoping someone sees this and can help me date it or at least give an age range. It looks to be heavily influenced by the Herman Miller lounge chair, but not quite as sleek. It's a great chair that's extremely comfortable, but I'd like to know more about it.
