Depicted thermos container was made by ISOLA company, the very first Czechoslovak bakelite producer, since 1922 in Jablonné nad Orlicí, Eastern Bohemia. In 1920´s Isola was specialised in producing various bakelite parts for low tension electric industry especially for company Telegrafia (mainly telephone and radio cases). In 1930´s they started to produce thermos containers and other kitchen related items. Since 1930´s Isola company was known as a producer of one of finest bakelite in Europe. During WW2 the Isola company was directed by German occupiers (it became part of Reichswerke Hermann Göring AG) and was considerably modernised - new huge line for vacuum glass producing was built in early 1941. Since then Isola started to produce thermos containers for Nazi armies. After WW2 Isola company was nationalised and continued bakelite thermos containers production. Depicted container is post WW2 production, late 1940´s.

Hello I see this was posted 8 years ago but I just recently found one of these, it's gold and I don't know much about it. It's not in as good condition as this one. This one and one more are the ONLY ones I can find and they're both different colors, mine is gold and silver. Does that make it special? I have no idea. If anyone knows anything about this I'd love to know more. Thank you!
