Looks like an arts and crafts thermometer.9" tall. Copper nails well spaced.
It has marked temperature fahrenheit marked from top at 98.6 it says blood heat.
2nd at 76 degrees fahrenheit is marked Sumr. heat.
3rd 56 degrees TEMPE rate .
4th FREEZING.
Looks like a lithograph on copper .
There is crazing on the copper plate . The guard for the bulb is made of handcrafted copper has great aged type of patina.
