    I have this item and it looks like it has a can opener a bottle opener and then it gets harder it looks like a glass cutter? Any help would be good. Thanks Alan

      i just fixed a old cast iron scales your piece looks like the center point that u find on some scales here a link to pic so you know what i mean

      Hi people thanks for your help l don't think it has parts missing it has a number 8 stamped and that is all the markings I see.
