I have here two very heavy shakers. I don't think the are salt pepper shakers. Does anyone know what kind of shakers these are?

if they are large size (hard to tell size from photos) they may b muffineers/sugar shakers
They are 4" tall and 2 1/2" in diameter. Very heavy glass
MAybe they are EAPG Lead Crystal Sugar Shakers.
several EAPG companies made this pattern mostly known as 'Late Block' around the 1880s. Have you check the glass under black light?
given the size these may be by Columbia Glass in their 'Henrietta' (aka: 'Big Block') pattern c.1889
They react with a yellow greenish glow.
that is consistent with EAPG glass containing manganese. Older flint (lead) glass would be purple under black light.
Just my 2c worth, noting the different size holes, small for pepper, larger for salt, they would appear to be S&P shakers.
