    I believe this may be a Harvey Girl from New Mexico.
    The Harvey Girl was a Waitress who worked in The Harvey House.
    The Harvey House was located at various rail stations around Oklahoma and New Mexico back in the 1920's.
    This bell is aprox. 8' tall.
