Anyone know the year(s) this glass was produced?
Knowing the history of the original owner, it had to be obtained during or prior to the early sixties.
The writing within the circle says:

Made in the 70's. First given out by restaurants. Statement about being a recreation is only partially true. Original flare glass was only 4" tall and did not have any pictures or ladies on them. Later versions had very nice reproduced ads featuring many early females.
