Vintage Cherub Glass Lamps Help ID!

Hey Guys I'm looking to ID these for a good Friend they are just sitting in his garage. They appear to be vintage and have this great red and white heavy glass pattern at the bottom. I didn't find any makers mark but I wasn't all that thorough. I was curious if you guys had any idea.
