These were a yard sale find for $5/pair that I purchased because I liked the Victorian style, and the bloodstone (or maybe marble?) between the brass really shone with great colour in the sunlight.
They don't have any maker marks on them and I've never been able to find anything like them online. It's a hefty item even though it measures only 6.5" tall. I suspect they're nothing special but it would be great to know more information about them.
