Elgin watch, Gold Filled. 1/40 10kt marked on the chain and patent number on the ends of the chain. Marking on the back of watch 5446103. Will like to know when this watch was made. Face of watch cover old and cloudy. What markings mean. There are other etched marking on inside of watch that are not company marking looks like they were added. May not be able to see in the picture. I can read them and tell you where they are located by the logo and markings of watch.
