    Looking for any information I can get on this, who would have made it? what era it is from? what did they call them, besides rocker? Very unusual back I would say? Thanks for any help you can provide.

      the chair is called lyre back (after the musical instrument). As to era built, requires more information as to markings on bottom, wood, etc..... good luck.
