VINTAGE ATOMIZER-T. J. HOLMES QUALITY ATOMIZER

T J. Holmes Company, Inc. is the oldest, continuously operating atomizer company in the United States. The company was founded in 1870, in Chartley, MA by Thomas Jefferson Holmes. On March 3, 1876, Mr. Holmes applied for a patent for a perfume atomizer he had designed. T.J. Holmes did little to promote his atomizers until the 1930s.
