Vintage Painted Bisque Figure Please Help ID

Hi guys another piece from the box labeled Painted Bisque. This figure is of a woman reading a book and looks hand painted. This piece does have a maker mark on the bottom marked with an "N"." This piece measures about 9in tall and 3 in wide. If you can help me date Or Id this piece it would be helpful thanks.
