Having today seen Mac63's post of a whole selection of 'Pulled Feather' now seemed a good time to post these.
Update.....I've amended the heading of this post because even more posts of Rindskop's pulled feather décor have not produced any like these. However I do still think that these are most probably Czech.
Height 14 cm./5.5 inches

Thank you, SEAN for the love and the enthusiasm!
Love the cheery colours in this...:-)
Thanks, inky, like two little fires :-)
Thank you, colori.
Thanks for the loves, Zoie and CindB.
I find there to be an interesting similarity in the pulls on this vase, and the pulls on the right hand vase in the link below. Obviously ground color is different, but the pulls are strikingly similar. This is a link I posted in Ian"s post on the Welz tadpole pieces.

Not making any attribution, simply an observation and some food for thought..... :-)
I see where you're coming from.....it would be interesting to see the base of the right hand vase in your link.....:-)
The base on that vase was without a pontil mark. The rim is ground, same as with the opalescent one. Not sure if the pulls mean anything, but the similarity is quite interesting.
Thanks welzebub.....food for thought indeed.
Love the colors!!
Thanks leahpia and smiata for the love.
Thanks antiquerose for the love AND the comment:-)
I think there is a resemblance to this Steinwald vase:

For me, particularly comparing the base areas.
I agree. It would like to have both vases next to each other.
