Merry Christmas! This 1934 Santa turns 80 this year. I acquired him from the Schmidt Museum of Coca-Cola Memorabilia a couple of years ago and have been curious if he has any siblings. I am aware of how rare he is, especially when complete, given the multiple pieces to this window display. Anyone ever seen another 1934 Cardboard Coca-Cola Santa Display?
Great classic sign SantaCollector! The one that you got from Schmidt's is the only one I have seen and I think that you did well on the price. Thanks for sharing. I also collect the Coca-Cola Santas.
Holidays are coming – and the sight of Coca-Cola’s iconic Christmas ad signifies the beginning of the Christmas season! Coca-Cola has devoted millions to their festive campaigns over the years. But very few people spend time to study its history though. But why? There are a lot of interesting things about the history of the Coca-Cola Christmas commercials (you could discover here), especially concerning the enduring image of amerry, jolly manin a red suite - Santa Claus. Coca-Cola has quite the rich history, especially concerning Christmas ads.
