Looks to be a water color with other mixed media in there.
Can you make out the signature? looks like C.L. Bristow..
I'm having trouble with that (as always)
but extra eye's always seems to help.
In the 4th picture I zoomed in so you could see where the artist erased some parts like the legs and repositioned them.
Absolutely love this piece.
