Heavy metal ewer lamps

I picked up the lamps at a thrift shop. They are very heavy and all metal, the white parts are painted white with gold highlights. The handle has a dragon and there seem to be other mythical figures of all sorts all over. Under the "spout is a face with what looks like rams horns. The top white section has what look like mermaids. The bottom edge of the base is stamped S S N Y 584. They weigh about 10 pounds each and are 21" tall to the top of the ewer handle and the base is 7" in diameter without the protruding feet.
