An opaline glass vase enamel decor of bird and blackberries

We bought this vase after thinking a lot, because of the price, to Eva Heck. She has no longer her shop. I adore the décor, you know I like birds and also blackberries, there are some wilds one near, about 100 km, and we go to pick them and Sergio makes marmalade. Blue is my favorite color and the enamel is done in a soft blue with some gray. The quality of the enamel is remarkably and has a sort of relief appearance. The surface of the straight part has been made rough with acid so that the décor seems to glow over it. The pontil (I am not sure if it is real) is very smooth. There are some gold in the upper and the bottom. Any idea of who made it? It is 42 cm high.
