    Another of Andy's posts:

Loetz cameos can be divided in three groups: the early one before the First World War, the post-war French Art Nouveau style, and the Art Deco group designed by Marey Beckert - Schider (name adopted in this unusual form from "Das Boehmische Glas" VI).
The early group includes exclusively progressive designs by artists and architects like Peche, Hoffmann, Bolek, Witzmann etc. This vase shows the characteristics of designs by Kolo Moser's group (Sika, Holubetz). The decor exists in the same color on a cylindrical shape in Vienna's MAK.

The all three of them are very nice, but I like the first one a lot, perhaps because of the very clean lines in its decor.

As a newcomer, I would love you to look at my posting:
      http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/187328-loetz-cameo-vase?in=441
It displays the same decor as the first image here. Is the comment about pre-WWI production relating to this vase? If so, mine has a remnant sticker on its base which would preclude its production before 1918. Is there any additional information you can add about image 1? Am I right thinking this decor is rather uncommon? I'm eager to hear from those who have far more experience with this glass than me. :)Thanks.
