      Frank, the shape is similar (or equal to) PN II-514, ca. 1900. The pattern doesn't list this decor, but it's not unheard of for the drawing not to include all of the decors a shape came in, particularly if they decided to execute a decor on a shape that was already in production. Great little vase!
