This décor can be crossed off the wish list (for now, at least). An organic ovoid shape with a hot-worked ruffled rim and ground pontil mark. It is most eggy when seen from base (4).
It is a clear ground with tangerine spots, iridised and then with amethyst spots and trails applied in a random manner.
It is most strange that the organic of the Art Nouveau took in bacteria as well as fungi, plants, diatoms, animals.
While I have grown to love and appreciate Rindskopf through the posts of Al and Michelle, amongst others, I still love Kralik glass.
It is 10.5cm high x 15.5cm in width.
Great find Ian

Great piece Ian! I too love the decor and have been looking for one but just keep missing them!
