This is a heavily engraved berry spoon made by S. Kirk & son..
its 5.5" long and the bowl is 1 3/4" wide so possibly a jam spoon , i think Kirk is a U.S.A maker but not 100% so any info welcome also unsure of age so any ideas ???
its a beautifully made spoon in A1 condition :-)

      S. Kirk & Son FIRST used the word STERLING in 1914.
"S. KIRK & SON" has been used TWICE in the companies history...1868-1896 and again 1932-1979. If you see the word STERLING and the hallmark S. Kirk & Son the piece is 1932 or newer.

I had not seen before, very beatiful. And it must be heavy...
    11. surfdub66 surfdub66, 10 years ago
Hi Kivatinitz, yes its very heavy for its size , this one is originally made as a berry spoon , normally a georgian berry spoon started off as a plain spoon and was re-done by the victorians , they call it victorian graffiti over here!! There are a lot of victorian berry spoons about & theyre beautiful..
thanks for your love & kind comments :-)
