This is a Ruane Manning print of a cat scallop-trimmed and mounted on an 8" X 10" plywood board plaque. - The cat is sitting next to a white and blue quilt and a white wicker basket with knitting yarn and needle.
I believe this is from his 1988 series of "Knittin' Kittens" prints.
