Purely an ornamental figure that reminds me of AliBaba from a cartoon i used to watch when i was a youngin !!
3.5"h and very colourful this cheerful character does have a mark !
"EL" & "2" stamped into the base , he is a hollow figure but with no hole which is unusual ?? I love his coat & hat ;-)
