I have this original sailing ship done in pastels and framed in a wooden ship's wheel frame signed either H. L. Wood or H. L. Weed and dated 1943. Does anyone know anything about this? I have it in my storage room and I keep meaning to find out something about it and hoped someone would know something. The artwork part that you can see is appx. 19" in diameter and the frame is appx. 34" in diameter.

I would appreciate any help on this and I thank you.
