This room was finished a few years back, and now houses some decent wine, spirits, and cigars , making this my go to place to hang if there is ever a zombie apocalypse !!
Just about everything you see in this picture was either "made by me or gotten for free", my fav saying!!
The door was an exterior door faux wood-grained to match the wood of the basement trim.
The cabinet bases came from a friend re-doing thier kitchen, the uppers were made by me. The room is solid concrete foundation, covered with thermo-foam panel and aspenite painted choco-brown.
The flooring in 3/4" perforated rubber to absorb impact if a bottle drops, and let the cool air from the floor rise to stabilize the temp.
The old ice chest was found in a house, as was the antique buffet opposite it.
The scales and bottles were also either found or bought real cheap!
The pine cd cabinet houses a bunch of arrowheads found on our farm, and was built by me for this purpose.
Love creating something from nothing!!
Cheers
