This is a recent acquisition that I attribute to Amy Sandheim. It's in her Arts & Crafts "peasant jewellery" signature style. The silver elements are flat backed which is characteristic of Amy.
This is a piece that looks really good when worn. I like the colour combinations and the rustic Gothic / Celtic / Scottish look. It wouldn't be out of place in a Pre-Raphaelite painting, although it was likely made in the late 1920's, some 70 years after the height of the PRB.
Stunning.
Beautiful, simply stunning.
Very beautiful piece Kiwipaul !!!
Wow, more Amy. Beautiful!!
You have quite a unique collection of jewelry...all very beautiful and of like kind. I just love your taste! Is the center piece on this one jade?
Hi ShareURPassion, I'm pretty sure the center piece is a green colored matrix turquoise. Cheers
Hi Kiwipaul!
Thought of the London bus effect!
