Antique Caricatures & Poems - Set of 4

I came across these at an estate sale, tucked into a stamped envelope from 1898. They are not exactly the same dimensions either; they're very close but not exact, which leads me to believe they've been trimmed at some point. Nonetheless, each one is about 9.5" x 7.0".

All the research I've done has yielded no information - maybe someone will recognize them and be able to solve this riddle.
