Dichroic Glass Vase - highly textured

This small vase is stumping me. It is so interesting and definitely art glass. It is unsigned with a polished pontil. Some shelf ware scratches but minor.

Any ideas on maker? Reminds me of Loetz but is a bit too organic perhaps? Maybe not...
