Old City Hall,New-York City"1910-15"

Everyone.
I want to share another photo from my family, this maybe coming from when someone have go on a trip, because i just found an envlop with all different place picture from early twenty century.
This one from New-York City"Old City Hall",I date this photo around the turn of the century( look on the right side some old car park along the road) no photograph name on the back, just a manuscrip number #MM3160, maybe a reference number ?? 9" by 7"
Some trompone holder with note say"McComb John (1763-1853)Mangin Joseph F.
From S.W.1803-1812 Restoration p.1858 and 1917,Front and side marble:Rear,Brown Stone.L 214Ft W,105Ft

Its look to me this was maybe copy from an histiric plaque in front of the building, i just guessing.
