    Blacksmiths not only made horse shoes and farm items. They also made lots of tools for the kitchen and household. Here is a dough scraper that was hand forged. Notice the way the blade (chipped at one corner) is made to follow the contour of the dough mixing bowl. ... hotairfan

      hotairfan...I am enjoying your collection! I especially love this piece. A dough scraper with such a unique "handle". I have never seen one shaped like that before....almost like a horn or antler.
