Back In The House

hi to all -- well it has been a long time since my last post -- after the fire in may of 2013 -- we got warehoused in a very nice motel until our house was finished -- we finally got back in oct 2013 and things are slowly starting to get back to normal -- if there is such a thing

thought i would share with you one of my projects i just recently finished for a client -- they had a chair -- that in its former life -- believe it or not was a throne -- you know the lew -- toliet -- john -- ok now your getting the picture -- the wife wanted to keep the dang thing in her bedroom and would use the chair to put on her shoes in the morning -- but that hole in the middle was a bit of a pain in the pattootie if you get my drift -- so this is what i came up with for them -- they loved it and it now resides in sunny california -- only the little french girl that i needlepointed many years ago knows what is really under that seat -- it's kinda like the ole clariol hair dye commercial -- does she or doesn't she -- ya ya -- i know i'm dating myself
