I have been told that this china is from 1884 and is an earthenware service. Possibly a middle class service from Staffordshire.

I would like to know more information on it if possible. I have searched all over the web and called a few shops, but have not heard anything about this set.

I have inherited this set and it has been in my family for three generations. I have a setting for 12, including serving bowls, platters, and soup terrine.

Is there someone out there that can give me some background on this? Or help me determine it's value. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Best,
    Banjo
