These are 2 Dr Pepper signs recently acquired. I originally purcchased the larger of the 2 (50"×38"). Then I had come across the smaller one (27"×17"). I couldn't resist. I just fealt they should be together, lol. The smaller of the 2 is on a harder, more textured card stock and looks like a print from an original painting. The larger one is on glossy cardboard stock. The larger one has a wooden walnut frame with a wooden carved "10 2 4" badge centred at the top of the frame. There is still a sticker on the back from the company that manufactured the frame (which I find very cool). The smaller sign has a mock wood plastic frame (but I feel still looks great). They are both in excellent condition with the only drawback being 2 small punctures in the far left side of the larger sign. The punctures are not in any graphic content. They are left of the girls head in the white filler space. I know there is a number of these covergirl ads for Dr pepper and I plan on collecting as many as I can. These I feel are a good start though. I just love the graphics and the way they draw you in. Great advertising, for sure. I am not totally sure on age of either one. I'm thinking sometime between the mid 30's- mid 50's? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
