To me it looks like Marc Billingsley but can't find any info on that name
also looked up Maac Billingley and Marie Billingsley with no success:(
if anyone can help with this piece/potter I would appreciate it very much.

I'm thinking that it was a school art project--he was in art third period. Very cool!
