VINTAGE GEORGE WASHINGTON TANKARD PLATINUM HANDLE

This is a Vintage handsome George Washington Transferware Tankard, circa 1900's .It is decorated with Platinum on the handle and rim, handle is missing some Platinum. The Mug has an Vintage George Washington transfer print. The mug has bottom dark brown underglaze. It measures 4 1/2" tall, 2 1/2" in diameter at the opening, and 3 3/4" diameter at the bottom.
No makers mark, could be Weller or American Belleek. This looks like
