I picked this up at a yard sale for a dollar. It took me a little while to figure out what was written on it, but i believe that it is by Konrad Galaaen from Studio Galaaen - Porsgrund, Norway. Is it collectable? is it from the 60s or 70s? the piece is about 6 inches high by just under 5 inches wide.
