Funny thing is I hate 7up as a drink. But as advertising, it is one of my favorites. From the name, to the old bottles, and then all the awesome signs of yesteryears. I just am drawn into the design content of all of these. This is a Stout sign out of St. Louis, USA. It was manufactured in 1963. Its a 13"×19" tacker sign which I got with the manufacturer box. Bonus. Looks to be NOS. Near mint for sure. Nice and clean graphics. Embossed tin. It also has (like most Stout signs) manufacturers marks and date at the bottom. Always nice to see as a collector.
Thanks to everyone for their "love it". Glad u guys luv it.
Beautiful item and agree with your comments about 7up, the vintage items are great but the taste!!!!yuck. Incidentally, have you seen the 7up ad for babies on this site.....
Thanks for the comments Digitali5. No I haven't seen that. Peaking my interest in a scary kinda way. Yikes!!
