This is a wonderful example of a Loetz Ciselé? enamelled perfume bottle. I love the pinched sides and enameling is high relief. I will acquire a topper and bulb for this beauty. Thank for looking.

Brian, I would love to know for certain. The top part of the decor reminds me of some of my Cisele's. So I am not for certain. If you have anymore information. I would love to know :)
