I work in a charity shop and this is one of the many strange items we get handed in. It has a wooden 4 inch handle which looks really new, the metal loop is fairly sharp at the edges and is made of steel.
We thought it might be a kitchen utensil but have no idea what it is for, can anyone help?
It's a clay sculpting tool: http://www.rednebulastudios.com/?page=tools-sculpting
Many thanks Kydur, mystery solved.
You're welcome! It could also be used as a kitchen utensil as well given some of the cakes with clay-like consistency that emerge from my oven...
