    Sorry I could not put more pictures down as after doing a few it has decided not to allow me again so I will post more on the tankard when it will allow me again. This I received from my mother-in law she came to Australia in 1954 so it would of been brought some time after that. It does appear to have had a paper sticker on the base at some time. I got there folks it has a mind of it's own.

      My main computer is down but there is a site that lists tankards and flagons that has a wealth of information. I know I kept the link but I gave up collecting because there wasn't much room for profit unless it was really old and unusual.

      I was born on that year....Some of this tankard use to have a music box and the sticker had the name of the theme of the song....

      Sorry kivatinitz I just had to change the date it was 1954 as my partner was 4 when he came out here I believe he was really lucky as he tells me he fell over board. I was born in 1957
