A rather impressive vase from Kamei, made from black glass with red and yellow colour inclusion front and back.
There is no way this vase is not Japanese. Why?
1. The aya kon (gold inclusions)
2. The shape (they love an urn)
3. The handles (they need to be scrolled)
4. The size is large (because anything less than 20cm, 8 in, is not good enough)

Thanks Trey. It's interesting the way the yellow spatter on black makes green (probably because black glass is generally very very dark purple).
