This is another repost - making more sense with other examples for comparison.
The bowl is 26.5cm across and has a ground pontil mark from the application and working of its rim.
The two vases have ground rims and only one is marked, despite both hailing from the USA. They are both just under 18.5cm (what is it with the Czechs and their half centimetres?)
The "black" on the vase on right is amethyst.
Are we going with Kralik on this group? This is, of course, for Peggy, whose tastes I seem to share almost exactly!

Ruckl, I think. Here's the vase shape in a well documented Antonin Ruckl spatter glass decor named Canarai Shimmy Pfau:

This spatter glass decor is shown on Page 75 of Collectible Bohemian Glass II, by R&D Truitt. This page is a ca 1931 Ruckl catalog page showing the Canari Shimmy Pfau decor and several other Ruckl glass decors. There are also two Millifiori or Murrine style Ruckl decors shown.
Page 110 of the same book shows the Canarai Shimmy Pfau splatter glass decor in a ca 1935 Ruckl lamp catalog.

Known examples of the Canari Shimmy Pfau decor do not have pulls the color of the example linked to in comment 5, although that shape is shown in comment 4 in a recognized Kralik decor. :-)

So I am curious. Since the tall shape is shown in a Kralik millifiori decor in my link in comment 4, and also here in a different millifiori decor matching the bowl, wouldn't it seem a more reasonable possibility that both companies made a similar shaped bowl?
Or does it simply seem logical to you to ignore that small nuisance of a fact, and focus on a bowl of a similar shape shown in a different decor in an exhibition in 2011-12?
I think it is also noteworthy that appear to also be ignoring the fact that the pulls in the Ruckl Canari Shimmy Pfau decor are actually a different color, as shown in your link in comment 8, thereby really negating your misguided use of the example in comment 5 claiming it is the same decor as shown in comment 8?

I think both Ruckl and Kralik made the crimped glass bowls. Nothing unusual there, as Kralik was fond of copying other Czech glass companies, and vice versa. This decor and shapes are Kralik, they made about 6 variations of this dense millefiori decor. Ruckl made one, based on shapes with other Ruckl glass decors, what I call Zebra millefiori, with a black and white glass application. Here it is on a grouping of three Ruckl vase shapes. this information accumulated after many years of study, collecting and research for my website project.

I think it is noteworthy that you both have the same ruffled bowl shape posed as Antonon Ruckl & Sons elsewhere.

I think you are possibly confused Charcoal, as I would not post a Kralik bowl as Rückl anywhere.

You are right about my adding both types of bowls on my Ruckl site the 1st year of it's publication. It has been removed since then. The Tango Sklo crimped flat Ruckl bowls, were produced in several sizes and colors. There again, I have had to make some changes, as one important piece, a vase, and it's shape turned out to be Kralik.
I don't mind admitting it, never have, my site gives a warning about this, bottom of home page. It is a work in progress and remains so.
