I got this jeanne singer 23" doll from my work and it just perplexes me. Her name is gina, she originally had a butterfly on her finger, and its from the 1998 collection. What confuses me is that the only other two i could come across on the internet (and boy did i look) had brown eyes, where as this same one just has red eyes. could it possibly be a manufacture or make error? Its a beautiful doll nonetheless, just wondering if anyone knows anything about this jeanne singer doll.

Do you see red dots on face that I see ? Is she signed ? Can you photo the markings? Many of her dolls were sold by Danbury mint and made in a assembly line so possible someone grabbed wrong eyes or what eyes are made of has turned color over time depending how well the dye worked when made I have seen eyes on dolls change color over time .
The red dots i believe are paint because I bought it without the box, and the neck of it isn't signed.
The features of this doll are amazing!!!
I also have a singer doll with different colored eyes.
I have a patience doll with pink eyes and all the dolls I’ve seen online have blue eyes. Would be interested if anyone has any info about this.
