I bought this rocker last year and I thought I would have time to repair it. A year later and it still sits and not much of a budget to have it repaired. I'd like to know as much information about it as I can I may end up selling it, if I knew what it is worth, to someone who would have time to fix it. Thank you in advance!

Yes, the circular piece in the seat is all leather.
