I am looking for information on this doll. The stand say's Vogue Dolls Inc Ginny. I think it is a china doll.

Looks like Ruth Gibbs doll...but wait for Manikin, the doll expert--I love your doll! :)
Yes Ruth Gibbs doll 1940's . Good going jewels :-)) Glazed porcelain doll with poseable body . Her body will be pink but some had a pattern or print on them desirable to collectors . On back of her head on shoulder plate you may see a faint RG but often it is hard to see . In her original dress by Ruth Gibbs but missing her bonnet . These are cute little dolls and were also called Godey dolls or Little Ladies . She made your small size also a 10 inch and 12 inch size .

PS the Ginny stand does not go with her , they just used it to have her stand .
